Since our products are digital and downloadable, they cannot be physically returned or exchanged once the download has been made available to you.
Please review the product details carefully before making your purchase.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the itinerary has been delivered or the download has been made available.
However, we understand that technical issues may sometimes occur. If you have made a payment but:
- The payment was successful but you did not receive the download link.
- The download link is not working.
- You are unable to access the purchased itinerary due to a technical issue.
Please contact us at marathijodi.mailbox@gmail.com with your order details. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide access to the purchased product.
Duplicate Payments
If you have accidentally made the same purchase more than once, please contact us with your order details. After verification, we may process a refund for the duplicate transaction.
Incorrect Purchase
Please make sure that you are purchasing the correct itinerary before completing the payment. Once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download, refunds will generally not be provided for an incorrect purchase or change of mind.
Download & Access
After successful payment, the purchased itinerary will be made available for download as described on the product page.
Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct, as the download information may be sent to that email address.

Sale & Discounted Products
Digital products purchased during a sale or promotional offer are subject to the same refund policy mentioned above and are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
